Customer is liable for a small amount of the vehicle's value in case of collision or damage. That amount is from €400 to €2000 depending on the car category. The exact amount is shown during the booking process.
The renter is covered in case the vehicle is stolen, except if theft occurs because of negligence. Any stolen items within the car (eg. photo equipment, bags or electronic devices) are not covered. Customer is liable for a small amount of the vehicle's value in case of theft. That amount is from €400 to €2000 depending on the car category. The exact amount is shown during the booking process.
The renter’s liability is covered to a maximum of €1.000.000 for death and bodily injuries and €1.000.000 for material damages. This insurance is always included
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) provides accidental death benefits to the renter and all passengers in the car in case of a car accident. The maximum amount covered for passengers is EUR 1.000.000, the maximum amount covered for driver is EUR 15.000
Reduce your liability (excess) to 0 EUR and benefit the no excess policy in the event of theft, collision or damage. The cost starts from €6 per day for smaller car categories. The exact cost is shown during the booking process.
All registered drivers must be a minimum of 21 years of age for groups A and B, 23 for C,C1,D,D1,K,K1,K2 and 25 for the rest car groups.
All registered drivers must have a license for more than one year. Driving license from countries outside the EU need to present an International Driver license. Also we accept national licenses from US, Russia, UK, Australia, Canada, Israel and Ukraine.
All VAT Taxes (24%) included to all our quotes and bookings.
Unlimited kilometers is included to all our quotes and bookings.
You can register up to four (4) drivers for the rental car. One is the main driver and three (3) extra drivers. Each extra driver cost €2 per day. The cost is paid upon arrival.
On our website you can select from three (3) kind of children seats. An infant seat, a baby seat and a booster seat. Each one costs 2 euro per day. The cost is paid upon arrival.
After office hours deliveries (22:00 - 07:00) are charged €20. The cost is paid upon arrival. Returning the vehicle is free of charge.
We offer two (2) fuel options. The first option is to return the car as collected. The second option is to prepay a full tank, pick it up with a full tank and return the car as empty as possible. You can select your preferred option while finalising your reservation.
The client is liable for damages or loss of the key. The cost is €150. In case there of need to transport a spare key to the clients location, a cost will arise. This cost is covered by the customer.
The client is liable for damages on wheels and tyres.
We offer a GPS navigation device for €5 per day. The device is multilingual. The client is 100% liable of damage or theft of the device. The cost of the device is €120.
Free of charge up to 72 hours before rental start.
24/7 roadside service all over Crete Island. This service is provided free of charge.

Ferrying the car is not allowed. No insurance will cover your or the vehicle if driven elsewhere than Crete.
